About Cwtsh Natur

Cwtsh Natur is a new fundraising appeal by Swansea Bay Health Charity, aiming to raise £200,000 to transform the outdoor space at Neath Port Talbot Children’s Centre into a dedicated outdoor therapy space where children, young people and their families can find peace and safety in the embrace of nature.

The Centre supports thousands of children each year with a wide range of physical, developmental and mental health needs. Many of these children live with long-term or life-limiting conditions, and the Centre provides vital therapy and support through a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

While the Centre has a protected outdoor space, it has become outdated and unsafe. Our goal is to create a nature-based sanctuary where children can play, unwind and connect in a space that supports therapy, encourages movement and nurtures wellbeing.

• Create a safe, welcoming space for therapy and relaxation
• Support children with mobility and sensory needs
