My Story

We're proud to be part of the 2026 Touched by Cancer Tournament — a Women’s Touch Rugby event that’s about so much more than sport.

This inspiring day brings together teams from across South Wales to celebrate strength, unity, and hope — all while raising vital funds for the South West Wales Cancer Centre at Singleton Hospital in Swansea. This incredible centre provides life-saving cancer treatment to patients from Swansea Bay, Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, and Powys.

We're fundraising as part of the Going the Extra Mile for Cancer Appeal, which aims to raise £200,000 to support both patients and staff at the Cancer Centre.

Run by Swansea Bay University Health Board, the Centre delivers essential NHS treatments including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy — helping people in our communities fight cancer with dignity and care.
